Hawkeye Crane Operator - Drycast

Responsibilities
  • Move product from station to kiln
  • Inspect and report crane deficiencies
  • Responsible for production quality / quantity each day (must meet set goals!)
  • Understand and be able to operate each station on the production machine
  • Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order each day
  • Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement)
  • Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery

Shift / Hours

  • Mon - Fri (Saturdays as needed)
  • 50+ hours / week

Desired Skills

  • Overhead crane / machine operation experience
  • Leads when required, but able to work with others to achieve common goals
  • Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
  • Industry experience a plus
  • Computer knowledge / skills a plus
  • English / Spanish is a plus
